• For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds

Brainoxta Gate is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a money-back guarantee on eligible courses under specific conditions:

• For individual course purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
• Subscription plans may be canceled at any time, but refunds are limited to unused full months of service.
• Refunds are not available for: partially completed courses beyond the 25% threshold, downloadable materials once accessed, or specialized certification programs explicitly marked as non-refundable.
• To request a refund, use the designated refund request form in your account dashboard, clearly stating your reason for dissatisfaction.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days, though banking institution policies may affect the timing of when funds appear in your account.
